Primary suburbs: Lourierpark, Fauna, Fichardtpark. Patients from smallholdings south of the site.
Future residential developments are planned to the east and northwest of the site (Brandkop, Cecilia Park and Hillside View). These developments will add approximately 15,000–18,000 residential units to the hospital catchment area in the future. Currently, timelines for these developments are not fixed.
